Nestle IS/IT Learning & Training Senior Specialist in Esplugues Llobregat, Spain

We are looking for a IS/IT Learning and Training Senior Specialist to be part of our Global IT Strategic Workforce Planning and Development team.

The role

As our IT Learning and Development Sr. Specialist (L&D) you will design, develop and deliver learning and training curricula related to our IT Operating Model and future-ready skills, helping ensure our IT global workforce remains future-ready. You will develop and implement strategies and initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance overall work experience. You will design learning experiences in our Grow platform and ensure the results of our strategic workforce analysis are translated into relevant, appealing and evolving learning paths. With strong communication skills and agile mindset you are a curious and autonomous team member ready to join a dynamic team of specialist with a passion for creating learning experiences.

What you’ll do

• Organizes and runs the process by which high quality L&D experience is delivered to its target audiences: from supporting the definition of pedagogical objectives to the quality assurance on the delivered experience

• Be the custodian of the IT organization L&D material and responsible of its continuous effectiveness and relevancy with respect to IT workforce development strategy

• Organizes L&D mentoring and coaching sessions for product groups and community of practice members involved in the definition of the L&D content in their scope in order to speed up their contributions to L&D delivery

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Training and Development, Information Technology, Instructional Technology, Adult Learning Theory, or similar is a plus

• 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: learning and training, coaching, knowledge management and transfer, adult education,

• 5+ years of online advanced L&T solution delivery (gamification, social learning, digital learning etc.)

• Demonstrated experience participating into strategic prioritization and complex governance initiatives

• Experience in dealing with third-party suppliers (coaches, L&T tool providers; L&T providers; etc.) and assessing them

Bonus points if you:

• Have worked in a global environment and with virtual teams

• Have experience managing agile L&D projects

• Have experience working on Strategic workforce planning
