Nestle Digital Commerce Project Coordinator - 18 months contract in Esplugues Llobregat, Spain

We are looking for a Global Digital Commerce to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital Commerce Team. Please note this is a temporary contract (18 months assignment)

The role

The Global Digital Commerce Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of new B2C and B2B eCommerce sales solutions, such as websites, mobile applications, and online services. They work closely with the Digital Commerce team and local markets to prioritize and execute these initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Act as a leader and ambassador for the Nespresso Digital Commerce team, promoting its goals and initiatives.

• Provide planning, methodology, and expertise in the Digital Commerce channel. They collaborate with Digital and tech teams, as well as local markets, to support the activation of new products or services that enhance the organization's performance, with a focus on driving sales and commercial success in digital channels.

• Implement project methodologies to integrate new activities identified from the Digital Commerce innovation pipelines, ensuring efficient coordination and mutualization of resources. They work with in-house eMerchandizers or agencies to optimize project operations and communication. • Collaborates on CMS support for Squad/Program-based activities, from release to market activation, with a focus on product development and maintenance from a market usage perspective. They also collaborate on market activation of digital products, ensuring timely and high-quality execution based on product specificity.

• To support market adoption and usage, the Project Coordinator collaborates on guidebooks and documentation, ensuring that the business view from the Digital Commerce team is effectively communicated and implemented.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in commercial, digital marketing, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.

• 5+ years of experience as Project Manager in Internet, eCommerce or mobile domain.

• Strong digital analytical and syntesis skills.

• Strong knowledge in SEO optimization

• Understanding of Content Management Systems, workflows and optimizations.

Bonus Points If You:

• You have extensive experience in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and change management in cross-functional, global environments.

• With strong communication skills and strategic thinking, you contribute to high-performing, motivated workgroups.
