Nestle Global IT Vendor Manager in Esplugues de Llobregat, Spain
We are looking for an experienced leader with contract negotiation, performance monitoring and analytical skills, as well as effective communication with proven experience in IT delivery, procurement and vendor management at a global scale to join our team in Barcelona, Spain or Bangalore, India.

The role:
As a Global IT Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing strategic relationships with IT vendors to ensure optimal value delivery, performance, and alignment with organizational goals. You will manage contract negotiation, performance monitoring, risk management, and drive innovation through partnerships. Your mission will be pivotal in ensuring IT vendor partnerships drive efficiency, innovation, and value for the organization.
What you’ll do:
As the Global IT Vendor Manager, you will:
Manage vendor contracts, assets, performance, financials, and relationships including contract negotiations, renewals, and dispute resolution with key vendors.
Develop and execute global IT vendor management strategies for performance and cost-effectiveness and establish KPIs and SLAs to monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vendor services with business and technical requirements.
Mitigate risks by evaluating vendor stability, security practices, and regulatory adherence.
Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies and fostering vendor partnerships.
Establish best practices for vendor engagements and develop organizational capabilities.

What will make you a great fit?
Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in IT vendor management (multi-million-dollar vendor contracts), procurement, or related IT roles in a global environment (working with global teams and cross-functional collaboration).
Exceptional communication, relationship management skills and stakeholder management across diverse cultural and functional backgrounds.
Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic environments.
