We are looking for a Digital Product Owner to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital Product Team.

The role

As a Digital Product Owner at Nespresso, working within the Subscription tribe, you will be responsible for driving the digital strategy, development, and continuous enhancement of one of our Subscription product offerings within the Nespresso ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional user experience and maximizing customer retention through innovative digital solutions for the Recurring Orders product.

What you’ll do

  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Recurring Order Product, aligned with Nespresso’s business objectives

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including tech, design, market and Business Stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals, priorities, and timely delivery.

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning in collaboration with the Agile development team.

  • Collaborating with the Data Insights team to conduct and review market and user research, leveraging and identifying data-driven insights for product improvement, and ensuring the product meets user needs and expectations.

  • Drive iterative development cycles, conducting regular reviews, and retrospectives to refine the product, ways of working, improve features, and optimize user experience.

  • Establish objective and key results and regularly monitor metrics related to growth, user engagement, retention, and revenue, taking necessary actions based on data insights.

  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and impediments to successful product delivery, developing mitigation strategies and adapting plans accordingly.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or relevant field;

  • Proven experience (6+ years) as a Digital Product Owner or similar role, specifically within e-commerce environments.

  • Proficient understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and demonstrated success in managing product development within Agile frameworks.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve product performance.

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Experience in the coffee industry models is a plus.

  • Knowledge of subscription offerings is an advantage.
