We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Accountant to join a thriving organization. As a critical member of the finance team, the Senior Accountant will take responsibility for ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting compliance efforts, and mentoring junior accounting staff. If you are a highly detail-oriented professional with at least five years of accounting experience, this role offers the perfect blend of challenge and growth potential!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements to ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.

• Reconcile complex general ledger accounts and resolve variances.

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and financial reporting.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with auditors by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

• Manage fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Supervise and support staff accountants by providing training and technical guidance.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience, including general ledger and financial reporting.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).

• Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial compliance.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
