Job Title: Residential Behavioral Health Aide (RBHA)

Are you passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in the field of behavioral health? We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Residential Behavioral Health Aide (RBHA) to join our team. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse and/or Psychiatrist/MD, you will play a crucial role in supporting our patients on their journey to recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Therapeutic Care: Administer and implement specific therapeutic procedures, techniques, treatments, and medications to help patients Amergisize their therapeutic regime and personal resources.

  • Patient Assessment: Observe and assess patients’ physical conditions, behaviors, and responses to treatment, ensuring they receive the best possible care.

  • Patient Orientation: Welcome new patients, orient them to their rooms and the facility, and maintain a clean and orderly environment.

  • Collaborative Care: Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, demonstrating critical thinking and clinical judgment.

  • Support and Accountability: Consistently perform according to established standards and scope of practice, managing and assisting others in patient care management.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Pay: Earn $25 per hour.

  • Flexible Schedules: Choose from the following available shifts:

  • Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

  • Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

  • Tuesday to Saturday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

  • Thursday to Monday, 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM

Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable: Understanding of the alcohol and drug recovery field.

  • Experienced: Previous experience working with severely mentally ill, medically fragile, and homeless populations.

  • Proficient: Strong command of the English language.
