Lead Level Commercial Electrician - Can Start ASAP!

Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Level Journeyman Electrician to lead a team of electricians for commercial projects in San Diego. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial-level electrical work including installation, troubleshooting, and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 4-8 electricians on commercial projects.

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

• Lay out jobs and ensure all electrical work is completed to code.

• Install and bend conduit, pull wire, and install lighting fixtures, receptacles, and outlets.

• Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure timely and accurate resolution.

• Handle new construction and tenant improvement projects from start to finish.

Essential Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in the electrical trade.

• Active Journeyman Electrician (JM) Card.

• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.

• Experience in leading and managing a small team.

• Strong troubleshooting skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in both new construction and tenant improvement projects.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
