We are seeking a HR Generalist to join our team in the healthcare and social assistance industry, located in Escondido, California. As a HR Generalist, you'll handle a variety of tasks ensuring smooth operations in human resources. Your responsibilities will include managing employee relations, overseeing leave of absence processes, handling benefits-related tasks, and managing high-volume recruitment and onboarding. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the leave of absence process, including handling documentation and follow-ups

• Respond to HR-related inquiries and address employee concerns in a detail oriented and prompt manner

• Support benefits-related tasks and answer employee queries regarding healthcare, retirement plans, etc.

• Manage recruitment for multiple openings, including resume screening, conducting phone interviews, and coordinating background checks

• Submit job requisitions into the Applicant Tracking System iCIMS

• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding

• Pull reports from HR systems and provide proactive support when needed

• Assist with conflict resolution in a detail oriented manner

• Take appropriate action on monitoring customer accounts

Requirements
