Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data into company systems and databases.

  • Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies or errors as they arise.

  • Organize and maintain files of hardcopy and digital records.

  • Cross-check and review data for quality control purposes.

  • Perform general administrative support tasks as needed.

    Requirements

  • 1+ years of data entry or administrative experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
