Independent Machine Co, Inc. Skilled Laborer-1st Shift in Escanaba, Michigan
We are seeking a reliable, motivated person to become a part of our team! This is a first shift position with hours being 6:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
The candidate should be willing to learn basic grinding, sizing and any other aspect that would result in a quality product. We're a small family company with a focus on work/life balance. Our employees are well trained and treated as part of the success.
Qualifications:
-Ability to juggle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
-Maintain a positive attitude, take directions from manager and work effectively with other teammates and by yourself.
-Must have the ability to stand over an 8-hour period.
-Ability to lift heavy objects.
