We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to provide IT support in Escanaba, MI. This role involves working closely with the sole onsite IT professional to manage and support over 400 computers. A key responsibility will be assisting with PC turnover, which includes replacing old computers with new ones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the onsite IT professional to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of over 400 computers.

• Assist in the PC turnover process, including the setup and configuration of new computers and the decommissioning of old ones.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.

• Maintain and manage Active Directory and Office 365 environments.

• Utilize SCCM for software deployment and updates.

• Deliver excellent customer service to all users, ensuring their IT needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Active Directory and Office 365

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)

• Excellent customer service skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
