Insight Global SAP System Analyst (remote) in Erlanger, Kentucky

Job Description

A fortune 100 organization is seeking an SAP System Analyst for a contract role that may become full time down the road. This is a fully remote position, however it's expected that there will be travel to client locations as needed. We are seeking a highly skilled SAP System Analyst with extensive experience in implementing Brazil Tax in SAP S/4 HANA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax calculation, reporting, and integration with third-party tax systems. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external consultants to design, develop, deploy, and support Sales/Purchase Tax solutions in SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement Brazil Tax in SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.

Integrate and manage OneSource/Mastersaf for all reporting requirements in Brazil.

Handle tax calculations using SAP standard functions FTXP and J1BTAX.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external project consultants to design, develop, deploy, and support Sales/Purchase Tax solutions in SAP S/4HANA.

Support tax-related issues from P2C (product to consumer) and S2P (source to pay) during sales and purchases.

Integrate third-party tax systems such as OneSource and Vertex O Series with SAP.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Work remotely, either in the United States or Brazil, with occasional travel to client locations as needed.

Partner with the client and their implementation partner to drive action items in meetings.

Hold the implementation partner accountable for following best practices.

Ensure accurate tax calculations for purchases and sales across Brazil and other LATAM countries.

Assist in integrating Mastersaf/OneSource with SAP S/4 HANA.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience in implementing Brazilian Tax in SAP S/4 HANA.

Proven implementation experience with OneSource/Mastersaf and handling all reporting requirements in Brazil with SAP.

Expertise in tax calculation using SAP standard functions FTXP and J1BTAX.

Strong relationship management skills with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external consultants.

Experience with third-party tax systems: OneSource, Vertex O Series integrating with SAP.

Ability to support tax-related issues from P2C and S2P during sales and purchases.

Fluent in Portuguese Experience in VAT reporting and E-invoicing. null
