Global Technology Hypercare Lead, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Erlanger, KY. Prepare and execute the Hypercare phase post go-live to ensure a successful solution handover to all impacted Steady State Support teams. Develop and manage the Hypercare approach related to project or major releases. Mobilize and facilitate the global command centers' during Hypercare. Run command center meetings to report progress and discuss critical issues and risks. Escalate Hypercare issues in accordance with established governance structure. Ensure appropriate escalation channels, standard operating processes are in place, tested and understood by all teams. Ensure solution handover from Hypercare to the Steady State Support teams. Partner with operational support, solution experts, release managers, program delivery leadership and other experts at the sites to deploy our standardized business processes and enterprise systems.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems, Business, Technology Management, Engineering (any), or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience. Must have (3) years of experience with/in:•Managing large-scale ERP deployment or Application Managed Service outsourcing projects;•SAP project implementation including multiple business process and system change projects across multiple sites or regions;•Hypercare or Service Transition activities for an SAP implementation for at least 1 or 2 global implementations; •IT Operation Processes and software development lifecycle; and•Working with 3rd party vendors and service providers across a solution landscape.
