Logistics Plus Reverse Logistics System Program Manager in ERIE, Pennsylvania
Logistics Plus, Inc. has an opening for Reverse Logistics System Program Manager in Erie, PA. Act as a liaison between client's systems team and 3PL for EDI system integration. Monitor and address all issues related to system integration with global 3PL locations. Support Planning Department to maintain appropriate Customer Support Inventory levels and help managing proper usage of the 3PL resources. Support maintaining inventory integrity throughout all distribution points. Manage part request fulfillment 3PL infrastructure to ensure customer satisfaction levels are maintained at the highest possible levels (i.e. user request, order management, warehousing management, distribution services). Develop and maintain effective measurements to monitor progress and evaluate opportunities for improvement. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a closely related field, or foreign degree equivalent and 36 months of expeirence as a Logistics Analyst or related, including 36 months of experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform). 36 months of experience with Boomi; 36 months of experience with EDI Integration; 36 months of experience with Big query; 36 months of experience with WMS; and 36 months of experience with Orchestration.
