Responsibilities

Primary Duties: including but not limited to:

1.

a. Maintain scoring system data

a. On time delivery

b. Machine Utilization

c. Efficiencies Capacities

d. Non-conformance

1.

a. Scheduling & Data Management

a. Maintain shop schedule

b. Update scheduling programs

c. Work with Tooling Supervisors & Group Leads to establish shop flow scheduling and process

1.

a. Facility & equipment

a. Communicate and enforce all company safety, environmental, and department of health requirements

b. Work with maintenance to develop and follow preventative maintenance programs

a. Operate and maintain daily Gemba walks and Obeya room

b. Assist with HR with screening and interviewing potential tool shop employees

c. Track and compile above data for business review meetings

d. Implement and maintain other lean manufacturing principles

Qualifications

1. Qualifications / Education Required :

a. Proficient knowledge of computers, specifically Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Teams

b. Strong verbal and written communication skills

c. Ability to work independently or in teams

2. Preferred Skills / Experience :

a. Bachelor’s degree (Business/Engineering) to equivalent experience

b. Financial background is valued – not required

c. Ability to analyze data and make sound recommendations

d. Ability to travel when required
