Confidential Employer IN/OUT Shipping/Receiving Co-Ordinator in Erie, Pennsylvania
To perform shipping / receiving tasks while maintaining inventory adjustments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, however, other duties may apply.)
- Enters purchased items physically into stock and make computer entries to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Packages product for shipment while creating proper paperwork for tracking purposes.
- Organizing stock room for efficient workflow.
- Tracking material certifications on product and in computer system (Macola).

``` - Contacting trucking companies for quotes and shipping schedules. - Working with others to process incoming product to proper areas. - Make pickups and deliveries when needed. - Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS
- To perform this job an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Computer skills required.
- Able to follow directions and work with minimal supervision
- Be self-motivated
- Able to multi-task, and adapt to change
- Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Written and oral communication skills in English
Valid Driver's License preferred
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to effectively interpret and translate instructions to other employees in a professional and respectful manner. Effectively communicate with clients and fellow employees both verbally and written in the English language.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to perform basic calculations using addition, subtraction, fractions, etc.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills. Communicate honestly with all others to provide solutions to problems in a timely fashion.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, stoop, push, pull, walk, reach with hands and arms. Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
MENTAL WORK DEMANDS
Regular and on-time attendance. Hours may exceed 40 hours per week. Occasional travel by conventional means motor vehicle.
