ALEX ROOFING COMPANY INC Commercial Roof Maintenance Crew Member in Erie, Pennsylvania
Roof Maintenance Co is looking for service crew members to start the 2024 season.
Responsibilities
- Ability to diagnose roof leaks
- Make appropriate repairs on all roof types
- Small repair jobs and roof maintenance
- Ensuring all safety practices from both the company and OSHA are followed
- Be able to climb up and down ladders to height from 10' to 25'
- Be available for emergency repairs on nights and weekends at overtime rates
Qualifications
- 5 years of commercial roofing experience
- Hands on knowledge of commercial roof systems and proper roof work safety
- Excellent communication skills with management, other crew members, and customers
- Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Metal, and Shingle roof systems
- Valid drivers license (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Benefits
- Starting Wage $17-$28 dollars per hour (paid weekly basis)
- Benefits negotiable after 60 days of employment depending on experience and assessment
- 401K with partial company match
- Paid holidays (6 holidays when they fall during the normal work week)
