We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst/Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis. This position will require you to identify, analyze, and drive operational improvements, as well as develop reporting tools to facilitate communication between Sales and Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver accurate financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting

• Analyze operational results to identify opportunities for improvement and partner with Operations to drive these improvements

• Develop reporting tools to better facilitate communication between Sales and Operations to increase sales growth

• Leverage business process knowledge and data querying skills to obtain, validate, and analyze data. Present data and relevant conclusions to management, sales, operations and other business unit stakeholders

• Analyze information requests, assess current sources, and determine the most effective and efficient means to meet information needs

• Compile routine and ad hoc research and analysis in support of management's business unit objectives

• Lead other members of the Financial Planning & Analysis Team in the successful delivery of work product

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions is essential

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary

• Auditing skills are required

• Familiarity with Budget Processes is essential

• Excellent Customer Service skills are necessary
