Job Duties

Research, design, and develop computer software. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Analyze and write code and modify and debug product applications. Perform release testing. Interface with end-users to define requirements and complete technical documentation. Perform complex product design activities on applications software requiring extensive research and analysis. Perform complex bug verification, release testing, and beta support for assigned products. Assist in performing on-site client work for complex applications. Serve as a product architect, as needed. Research and understand marketing requirements for assigned product, including target environment, performance criteria, and competitive issues. Research new technology and development tools to remain informed of current technology.

Telecommuting is permitted 100%. Position reports to company HQ in Englewood, CO.

Job Requirements

Position requires a Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and experience in a related occupation (2 years with Master's degree or 5 years of post-bachelor's progressive experience with Bachelor's degree).

Must include some experience in each of the following:

1) .NET development using Visual Studio;

2) C# and VB.NET performance, scalability, and security testing;

3) Designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code;

4) Working with Microsoft SQL Server;

5) Using cloud technologies (AWS or Azure);

6) Working with Python; and

7) User Interface development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
