Job Duties and Responsibilities

Boost Mobile is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital and Creative Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing all creative requests for local marketing initiatives, overseeing our digital dashboard platform, increasing user interactions, running weekly campaigns, assisting the Co-op team with group buys, and providing campaign data. The ideal candidate will present communications effectively to the field and ensure seamless execution of digital and creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and prioritize creative requests for local marketing initiatives.

  • Oversee and optimize the digital dashboard platform for enhanced user interactions.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute weekly digital campaigns.

  • Collect, analyze, and report on campaign data to measure effectiveness and ROI.

  • Present campaign communications and updates to the field marketing and sales teams.

  • Collaborate with vendors, partners, and third parties to ensure successful project execution.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, project management, or a related role

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility to travel and work evenings and weekends as needed for projects

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the telecommunications industry

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms

  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
