This is a hybrid position located in Englewood, Colorado.

Candidate is required to come into the office 1x per weel

JOB SUMMARY Perform technical functions related to file review and indexing as well as potential packaging and shipping to various Investors. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Compare loan documents to the loan data within specified systems

• Index loan documents in imaging system

• Add identified errors as exceptions for responsible parties

• Update the Servicing system with required Hazard/Flood Insurance information

• As applicable, package and ship loan documents according to Investor guidelines

• Insure/Guaranty FHA and VA loans as well as prepare case binders as requested

• Maintain positive relationships with all internal and external partners/peers

  REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Minimum Highschool diploma or equivalent

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• General office experience required.

• Detail oriented.

Salary Range: $25 to $28.85 hourly depending upon experience.
