Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Business Units to identify, analyze, and mitigate security risks across DISH.
Provide security consultation for enterprise initiatives, policies, and best practices.
Educate teams on security requirements and improve compliance with standards.
Participate in testing and monitoring of security and privacy controls.
Lead security enhancement projects and publish executive-level security reports.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of directly related experience
Skills and Qualifications:
Direct experience in GRC with strong knowledge of SOX, PCI, CPNI, CCPA, and IT compliance regulations.
Proficiency in NIST, ISO, eGRC tools, and Microsoft/Google Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
Experience leading security initiatives, managing projects, and rolling out new controls.
Excellent communication, organization, and self-driven work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Other Qualifications:
- Professional certification (CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, or similar) is highly desired

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
