Who we are looking for:

The Director, Servicing Project Management is responsible for providing oversight of all Loan Servicing projects. This role will establish a governance model for project management and a delivery framework to ensure effective execution of each phase of a project. The right person for this role will influence process design, drive implementations, monitor and report on project delivery statuses, provide assessment/validation of the effectiveness of strategic project execution.

Location: Onsite in Englewood, CO Compensation: $115-140k/yr

Key Responsibilities: Establish a formal PMO, a governance model and migrate the organization to a formal project management methodology. Provide oversight of all Servicing related projects as the primary point of contact for all Loan Servicing projects including but not limited to, leading process design, problem resolution and drive timely decisions and primary point of contact for project and product configuration decisions, and technical and delivery challenges. Establish methodologies to set productivity and quality targets to assess results of each project. Effectively plan and allocate/coordinate resources both internal and external to deliver projects on-time and within scope and budget. Ensure detailed project plans are created with key tasks and milestones, and track project time to ensure efficient and on schedule delivery is achieved (and contractual obligations fulfilled) Manage project communication and expectations with all stakeholders to prevent project issues. Foresee potential business or technical issues within the project and address them before they become problems. Escalate issues when appropriate. Mentor and lead a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts to support strategic implementations and operational change management within the Servicing operations. Perform other job-duty related issues as assigned

What you'll need to be successful:

Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience PMP Certification (current) Minimum 5-8 years of experience in mortgage servicing Must have minimum of 10 years of program/project management experience Excellent Leadership skills Ability to discuss technical and business project requirements in detail when required Exemplary personal skills as well as strong business acumen Skills in conflict management, time management and team management Organized with good problem-solving, analytical, and multi-tasking skills Exceptional interpersonal skills in addition to verbal/written communication Ability to work through stressful situations professionally Ability to identify solutions and ensure progress in the deep understanding of project and customer management Attention to detail Comfortable in actively participating in a team environment
