We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our team in Englewood Cliffs, United States. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects, ensuring they align with our organization's strategic goals and are delivered on time and within budget.
Develop and implement program strategies, roadmaps, and plans to achieve business objectives
Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex, multi-project programs
Establish and maintain program governance structures, including steering committees and stakeholder communications
Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines across multiple projects
Collaborate with senior leadership to align program objectives with organizational goals
Facilitate decision-making processes and resolve conflicts among project teams
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
Continuously improve program management processes and methodologies
Mentor and develop project managers within the program
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of program management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-project programs
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Proficiency in program management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
Strong strategic planning and execution skills
In-depth knowledge of risk management, budgeting, and financial analysis
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
Thorough understanding of industry trends and best practices in program management
Strong analytical mindset with advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
Demonstrated adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Desired Characteristics:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Experience with consumer products, data, and analytics tools.
Familiarity with AI and data privacy concepts.
Fully Remote: This position has been designated as fully remote, meaning that the position is expected to contribute from a non-NBCUniversal worksite, most commonly an employee’s residence.
