What you will be doing:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our systems in installation, service, and repair. Your main responsibility will be to interact with customers in person or over the phone, handling their technical inquiries and complaints to build a lasting customer relationship. You will also coordinate independently to ensure efficient operations within your assigned area.

What impact you will also have:

  • Support highly advanced medical equipment to build 3D-Maps for accurate visualisation of the human heart's anatomy, identify root causes, and successfully execute treatments in a single intervention.

  • Taking ownership for your territory (North-UK / UK and Ireland), personal weekly schedule to perform installations, upgrades and repairs of our equipment within your and the customers' preference.

  • Extensive travels in his dedicated region and on short notice throughout Europe.

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and repair malfunctioning equipment in response to service calls in your territory, ensuring all aspects of technical/engineering work are completed to support the products.

  • Drive customer satisfaction & improvement in your assigned territory through monthly reviews of complaints, parts usage, and system performance. Analyze data, identify issues, and implement corrective actions and improvement plans.

  • Handle customer expectations regularly before and after various interactions to ensure customer happiness.

  • Update the Service Management System in a clear and timely manner.

  • Maintain composure and problem-solving focus during stressful interactions.

  • Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.

  • Follow all company guidelines related to health, safety, and environmental practices.

Qualifications

We would love to hear from you, if you have the following essential requirements:

Education:

  • Highly preferred bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering Biomedical and OR (Electronics) Electrical OR Computer Engineering subject area; 2 years of medical or field service experience is a plus.

  • Experience in the Medical Device Industry is preferred.

  • Knowledge of servicing principles, practices, and procedures is preferred.

Experience and Skills:

  • Strong organizational & problem-solving demeanour.

  • Extensive travels in his dedicated region and on short notice throughout Europe.

  • Experience in the usage of standard test equipment (e.g., digital multimeter/safety tester).

  • Availability to work weekends and "off hours" as needed to support customer and business needs.

  • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 35Kg, with excessive standing and bending required.

  • Consistent dedication to upholding safety rules and procedures at all times.

Other:

  • Office/Field time: 25/75%.

  • Must have a valid driver's license.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
