We are looking for a Manufacturing Tech to work in the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) business in Endicott, NY where we supply Circuit Card Assemblies for the THAAD Seeker.

The Manufacturing Tech will support the manufacturing floor with issues and obstacles to continue the flow of production in a timely manner. This may include correcting errors in FLX, APEX, Trace Database, and more. This position will also be supporting THAAD manufacturing engineers with continuous improvement initiatives, 5s, and other tasks. The position will have growth to learn and participate in the planning instruction process, as well as opportunities for small process ownership if applicable. This person must have experience in manufacturing and be comfortable with computers and operating systems. This person may be expected to attend meetings and take action on area goals.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.

• Proficient with computers and operating systems (MS Suite, FLX, APEX, Trace Database, ORACLE)

• Ability to work on a team

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Familiarity with FLX, APEX, Oracle, Trace Database

• Familiarity with circuit card manufacturing

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $49600 - $79400

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
