Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in preparing, posting, verifying, and recording customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.

• Create invoices, send them to customers, and provide support to staff regarding customer inquiries.

• Dive into investigation mode when discrepancies occur and resolve whether a billing or posting error has occurred. Your attention to detail will be absolutely crucial!

• Collaborate with management to maintain collection goals and general Accounts Receivable performance levels.

• Apply a sharp analytical eye towards financial data, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

  Requirements

• An associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.

• Prior experience in a finance or accounting role, specifically with Accounts Receivable.

• A firm footing in the use of MS Excel and other related software.

• Strong math and problem-solving skills.

• An ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.
