Robert Half Accounts Payable Manager (Construction) in Encinitas, California

Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Manager within the construction industry. The AP Manager will oversee the entire accounts payable operation. You will be responsible for tracking and monitoring the money owed by the company to suppliers and ensuring timely payments. This position requires an individual with strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a detailed understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers.

  • Maintain accurate records and control reports.

  • Manage the company credit card programs and expense reporting.

  • Develop, implement and maintain systems and procedures.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Manager.

  • Experience in the construction industry preferred.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
