LTW Intralogistics, Inc Service Manager in Emigsville, Pennsylvania
*DUTIES: * This position has the overall responsibility to manage the Service and Aftermarket department to ensure customer's LTW intralogistics systems function at peak performance. Manage a team of Service Specialists and field service technicians responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of software systems, PLC (programmable logic control) issues and electronic components for a full portfolio of products for automated intralogistics systems. Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, customer training and the supply of spare parts for equipment such as stacker cranes, conveying systems, monorail systems and fully automated high bay warehouses. Provide software, electrical and mechanical support for US customers. Ensure the safety of the service team by establishing guidelines. Plan and schedule the maintenance, inspection troubleshooting and serve as technical expert. Responsible for documenting work performed and cost tracking for billing. Responsible for achieving KPIs for spare parts sales, maintenance contracts, hotline agreements and training. Implement LTW specific ERP systems to facilitate communication with the parent company in Austria. to access critical information. Work closely with the parent company to ensure sustainable growth
*REQUIRMENTS: * 7 years experience as a Service Specialist or Service Engineer serving and maintaining intralogistics systems and components.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: : Prior experience in industrial electrical systems heavily focused on high voltage power applications. Ability to utilize proper diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to safely operate lifts, scaffolding and related equipment. Knowledge of drives, controls, motion controller and Siemens PLC. Previous experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Extensive office skills including ERP systems and Microsoft office.. Travel to unknown customer sites throughout the United States 30% Occasional international travel to Austria and Canada. Additional worksite: Arapahoe County Colorado as business needs dictate.
