Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in ELYRIA, Ohio. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing superior customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction in the aerospace manufacturing industry. This role involves processing customer applications, maintaining accurate records, resolving inquiries, and monitoring customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records.

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary.

• Use Oracle and CRM systems to manage customer information and interactions.

• Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded.

• Utilize strong computer data entry skills to manage and update customer information.

• Understand and navigate the aerospace manufacturing industry to provide relevant and accurate information to customers.

• Answer customer inquiries related to the aerospace manufacturing industry.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements • Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Service role.

• Ability to resolve customer service issues effectively and efficiently.

• Experience in Aerospace and Manufacturing industries is desirable.

• Proficiency in Computer Data Entry is required.

• Familiarity with Oracle software is preferred.

• Prior experience with CRM systems is a plus.

• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.

• High level of patience and emotional intelligence to handle customer complaints.

• Proactive and customer-oriented approach.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.

• Availability to work in shifts including weekends and holidays if required.

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a related field will be a plus.
