About the Position:
In this exciting and fulfilling role, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism, directly inside the comfort of their homes. Your support will empower children to develop essential life skills, communication, socialization, and behavior management strategies. You will be working alongside a compassionate, professional team, where every day offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a child-s life.
What You'll Do:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills.
Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
Use positive reinforcement and individualized strategies to engage children and encourage progress.
Monitor and track progress using data collection systems and report findings to the team.
Collaborate with families to ensure the strategies used are consistent and tailored to the child-s unique needs.
What We-re Looking For:
Passion for helping children and a deep interest in learning more about autism and ABA therapy.
Previous experience in working with children with autism, behavioral therapy, or a related field is a plus (but not required).
A positive, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both children and families.
Flexibility and reliability with after-school hours (typically 3-7 PM on weekdays).
High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, special education, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
