What We Are Looking For: Proven management experience, with a minimum of three (3) years in a related managerial or supervisory role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Demonstrated ability to manage retail operations, donation processes, and inventory control. A valid drivers license and the ability to travel as needed.
