Are you a detail-oriented and numbers-driven professional ready to take the next step in your accounting career? We're seeking a Staff Accountant to join a top client in Elkridge, MD and play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and smooth daily operations.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries and reconciliations.

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.

• Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

• Support audits and provide detailed reports as needed.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting.

salary: $30 - $40 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports

• Processing invoices

• Managing personal expense reimbursements and commission statements

• Handling online payment processing

• Generating financial reports

• Performing bank reconciliations

• Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes

• Analyzing costs and providing insights
