ITR Concession Company LLC in Elkhart, IN seeks Technical Services Manager. Provide general coordination and oversight of the IT Toll Maintenance and management of the Technical Services units, responsible for the configuration, installation, maintenance, and general administration of all end user technologies utilized by the Companys Lane and business equipment. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems. Analyze, develop hardware specifications and configurations. Provide strategic planning by evaluating new products/technologies to determine benefits/impacts of existing systems and oversee integrations. Oversee and manage ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems) devices, support, and vendor/contracts.

10% travel required throughout Indiana to various toll locations. Telecommuting is permitted within commutable distance to the office Monday and Fridays.

Must possess an Associate Degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related role. Must also possess experience with (i) installing and troubleshooting multiple forms of communications media; (ii) analyzing, diagnosing, and correcting malfunctions of a wide variety of electronic and technical equipment; (iii) reading and understanding complicated technical manuals on hardware and software; (iv) management of operational and capital budgets; (v) project oversight and management; (vi) overseeing multiple personnel and contractor/vendor management; and (vii) problem management within an ITIL (Information Technology Information Library) framework.
