Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the plant, managing production processes, and leading a team of employees to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and safety
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
Manage and supervise a team of production supervisors and employees
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
Develop and manage budgets, including controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the plant
Provide leadership and mentorship to plant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
