Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled 1st shift Maintenance Electrician with a minimum of five years' experience in troubleshooting and repairing various systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in working with PLCs up to 480 volts, three-phase power systems, and demonstrate exceptional electrical troubleshooting capabilities. This role requires a thorough understanding of electrical schematics, which will be assessed through practical demonstrations during the interview process. The position emphasizes problem-solving skills and teamwork within a dynamic environment dedicated to continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic equipment

• Work with PLCs up to 480 volts, three-phase power systems

• Demonstrate exceptional electrical troubleshooting capabilities

• Read and interpret electrical schematics

• Electrically troubleshoot control panels and boxes using schematics

• Collaborate with team members to solve problems and improve processes

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience

• 5+ years of electrical troubleshooting experience up to 480v 3phase

• 5+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience (Hydraulics)

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics

• Proficient in PLC troubleshooting

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Team player mindset

• Own tools and toolbox

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $70720.00/yr.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Elkhart,IN.
