Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled 1st shift Maintenance Electrician with a minimum of five years' experience in troubleshooting and repairing various systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in working with PLCs up to 480 volts, three-phase power systems, and demonstrate exceptional electrical troubleshooting capabilities. This role requires a thorough understanding of electrical schematics, which will be assessed through practical demonstrations during the interview process. The position emphasizes problem-solving skills and teamwork within a dynamic environment dedicated to continuous improvement. Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
Work with PLCs up to 480 volts, three-phase power systems
Demonstrate exceptional electrical troubleshooting capabilities
Read and interpret electrical schematics
Electrically troubleshoot control panels and boxes using schematics
Collaborate with team members to solve problems and improve processes
Essential Skills
5+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience
5+ years of electrical troubleshooting experience up to 480v 3phase
5+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience (Hydraulics)
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
Proficient in PLC troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving skills
Team player mindset
Own tools and toolbox
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $70720.00/yr.
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Elkhart,IN.
