Client: Express Employment Location: Nappanee, Indiana Shift: 1st Shift Hourly Wage: $18.00
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Brake Press Operator to join our team on the 1st shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating brake press machines to bend, shape, and form metal components according to specifications.
Responsibilities:
Operate brake press machines to produce materials according to specifications
Inspect materials for quality and correct inconsistencies
Report defective materials or questionable conditions
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Perform preventative maintenance on machines
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Brake Press Operator or similar role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in a related field is a plus
