Growing manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Quality Engineer. This position is located near Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The Quality Engineer will manage continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring key quality metrics, conducting data analysis, and implementing corrective actions to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of quality processes.

The salary is commensurate with experience ranging up to $95K, plus other great benefits! All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

responsibilities:

• Lead the CAPA program, including identifying, investigating, and resolving quality issues through root cause analysis

• Develop, implement, & maintain accurate documentation of CAPA processes, including investigation reports, corrective actions, and verification activities

• Monitor and track CAPA activities to ensure timely completion and effectiveness

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to drive CAPA initiatives
