• Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel-powered heavy-duty trucks, including 18-wheelers, tractor-units, semi-trailers, tankers, etc.
• Perform diagnostic tests on heavy-duty trucks for routine maintenance procedures and determine a course of action for damaged parts and systems.
• Repair malfunctioning components of heavy-duty trucks, retrofit engines, change brakes, adjust steering systems, replace worn-out parts and change hydraulic fluids.
• Use computer diagnostic equipment along with lathes, welding torches, pneumaticwrenches, hydraulic jacks,screwdrivers,pliers, mallets and precision gauges.
