The Warehouse Supervisor provides inventory support, personnel support, equipment support (i.e., forklifts, wrap machines and more), shipping and receiving duties, administrative, functional, and technical support to the operation of the warehouse.

Job Description:

Position Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the training and the process of checking in drivers, technicians, and contractors in the area

  • Ensure reporting is complete and submitted

  • Ensure all shipping and receiving paperwork is completed based on the written Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and audit requirements

  • Work with Management to ensure the needs of customers are met

  • Must be able to use and train others using PKMS

  • Identifying best practice

  • Develop and implement sustainable processes for warehouse execution

  • Create and maintain business requirement documentation and reporting

  • Develop and create process workflows, training documentations, One Point Lessons (OPLS), skill matrix

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly audits and reconciliation requirements (QA, Safety, Paperwork, external audits)

  • Provide technical leadership, coaching, training and mentoring

  • Coordinate Alchemy and forklift training to ensure each employee complies

  • Support food safety, quality, and legality

  • Support and comply with all continuous improvement programs, food safety, quality management systems, employee safety, and preventative maintenance programs

  • Enforce all company policies and procedures

Shipping, Receiving and Inventory

  • Understand the picking process and storage process operationally

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts

  • Adhere to all corporate regulations, and department goals

  • Execute all job responsibilities in the department

  • Identify operational gaps and execute plans to close the gaps

  • Manage label process, inventory, and daily count process

  • Reconciliation (Open POs, 3rd Party Warehouses Inventory, Inventory Accuracy, Error Analysis, Ghost Inventory, Consumption Accuracy)

  • Ensure timely and effective communication with team and process owners

  • Responsible for all training and development of direct and indirect labor

  • Support and comply with all continuous improvement programs, food safety, quality management systems, employee safety, and preventative maintenance programs.

  • Follow all company policies and procedures

  • Execute all other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and disciplined individual

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related field equivalent experience

  • Team leadership skills and project management proficiency

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to work under stress, intense deadlines

  • Multi-task and be flexible when plans change

  • Strong Office skills

  • Proficient in the use of: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Just Foods

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and coordinate simultaneous tasks/projects

  • Apply innovative thinking, exercise independent judgement, explore alternatives, recommend outcomes, and establish a course of action to accomplish specific goals

  • Provide clear and concise direction, set expectations, and hold team accountable

  • Work and support all shifts (including nights and weekends) as required

  • Forklift certified within a reasonable amount of time

  • Must wear required PPE

  • Read, write and communicate in English

Physical Requirements:

  • Stand, walk, climb, kneel, crawl and work at elevation

  • Ability to lift 50 LBS

  • Repetitive motions

  • Exposure to extreme conditions (internal/external temperature)

  • Noise level
