Job Description:
Essential Functions
Update Materials Requisitions (MR) to reflect finished goods output.
Out of Finish Goods (FG) and all consumptions procedures.
Back flush and closed all completed Material Requisitions in the system
Investigate yield concerns.
Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies.
Greets and checks in Delivery Drivers, then directs them to correct Dock Number.
Match information towards BOL/Packing list and COA for raw material inbounds.
Receives Purchase Orders/print labels.
Scan and file all shipment & receiving paperwork and upload to shared drive.
Request/Cancel drivers as needed with shuttle company.
Inspection of all Outbound Shipments; Check trailer number, temperature, and seal numbers VS BOLS and destination based on Finish Good material.
Communicating with vendors and suppliers through written and verbal skills.
Prints Bills of Lading/TOs.
Schedule Inbound Shipments.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Lead, Supervisor or Manager.
Desired Qualifications
Previous experience with Shipping and Receiving in a manufacturing environment.
Previous experience in the food industry and knowledge of GMP’s preferred.
Experience with ERP Software preferred.
Experience in Microsoft office (words, excel, outlook)
High School diploma or equivalent

Work Environment
- The employee is frequently exposed to cold, wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Constantly in the move checking inbounds and outbound loads.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for the duration of the production shift; talk or hear; use hands or finger to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to walk. The employee is infrequently required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 70 pounds. Frequent carrying, bending, standing, sitting, and repetitive motion.
