Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will be integral in setting up and maintaining highly automated equipment, including controls, automation, and electrical systems. Your daily responsibilities include overseeing new equipment installation and modifications to ensure machines function according to specifications. You will perform troubleshooting, conduct equipment failure investigations, and provide solutions to ensure smooth production operations. Additionally, you will perform preventative maintenance and calibrations to keep equipment within required specifications. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Experience in a Maintenance Technician Position OR an Industrial Maintenance Degree / Journeyman's Electrician License.

Requirements

  • Experience in Industrial Maintenance with emphasis on electrical controls

  • Intermediate knowledge of PLC programming, robotics, and vision controls

  • Intermediate knowledge of Electrical Theory for AC/DC circuits, Motor Controls (VFD, Servo)

  • Fundamental understanding of mechanical maintenance, pneumatics, and hydraulics

Additional Qualifications

  • 7+ Years of Industrial Maintenance Experience OR

  • 4+ Years and a Relevant Degree or Journeyman's License

  • Problem-solving abilities

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Glendale, Kentucky.

Work Environment

You will be working in a state-of-the-art, clean, and climate-controlled new construction facility. Initial work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Post-January 2025, as the facility becomes fully operational, the schedule will shift to a 3-2-2 pattern with 12-hour shifts, including a 45-minute unpaid lunch.
