Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a VP Technology in Elizebeth, New Jersey, in the telecom industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the organization’s strategic technology roadmap, managing IT projects across the organization, overseeing business applications, and enhancing our data structure and BI infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the organization’s strategic technology roadmap

• Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and trends to focus on operational efficiencies

• Plan and execute multiple IT projects across the organization, ensuring they meet quality standards

• Develop tech project plans, schedule timelines, and manage resource allocation effectively

• Oversee business applications that support multiple departments and functions, including merchandising, design, sourcing, sales and planning, e-commerce, finance, supply chain, production, and human resources

• Lead the integration of system architecture across specialized platforms: ERP, PLM, PIM/DAM, Supply Chain Management, and B2C e-commerce

• Oversee all EDI, system, application, local connection, and security integration in the organization

• Enhance the data structure and BI infrastructure, translating complex data insights into actionable application frameworks

• Develop and execute BI strategy and reporting throughout the organization for scalable reporting for all priority KPIs across departments. Requirements • Must hold a minimum of 10 years of experience in a technology leadership role

• Demonstrable expertise in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, and CRM

• Proficiency in managing Database and EO/IR systems

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Auditing and Computer Hardware

• Demonstrated experience in handling Contracts and executing Deployments

• Strong skills in Design and e-Commerce, particularly within the Retail sector

• Proficiency in BlueCherry ERP

• Prior experience in E-commerce operations and Retail E-Commerce is essential

• Experience in Acquisition Integration

• A proven track record of leading technology teams in a complex, fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

• Must hold a relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Must have the ability to strategize and execute complex technological projects

• Demonstrable ability to collaborate with senior management and other key stakeholders to establish strategic plans and objectives for the organization. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
