In April 2007, Trinitas School of Nursing achieved a national milestone by becoming the first faculty in the U.S. to have all eligible members to earn the Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) credential from the National League for Nursing. This certification validates the faculty s commitment to excellence.
Trinitas School of Nursing faculty members present and share their expertise on topics of interest to educators at the state and national level as part of their commitment to life-long learning and excellence in nursing education.
The faculty team is seeking to add a new team member - anAdministrative Student Liaisonat Trinitas School of Nursing. The administrative Student Liaison acts as a bridge between an institution and its students, facilitating communication and support.
Qualifications:
Required:
Strong communication skills
Proficient in Excel with the ability in creating and manipulating data
Proficient at Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Office organizational experience required
Strong customer service experience is required, preferably in an academic setting.
Coordinates application, selection, and enrollment process for the School of Nursing.
Participate in the student enrollment process including scheduling information sessions
Validates application requirements as part of the admission process
Coordinates student scholarship applications, selection, and disbursement
Communicates with other nursing education institutions
Gather data related to enrollment
Provides updates to the RWJBH website team for the School of Nursing website
Certifications requirements for the position:
- Associate degree required; Baccalaureate degree preferred
Scheduling Requirements:
Full-time, 37.5 a week.
8:30AM-4:30PM or 9:00AM-5:00PM
12-month role
Reports to Dean.
