Genesee Produce Association, LLC Ag. Equipment Operators/ Farmworker in Elba, New York
29 Fulltime H-2A Seasonal Jobs available 04/01/2025- 12/06/2025.
Will transport farm workers to and from the job sites and to the store and laundromat weekly. Will set up irrigation. Will operate agricultural equipment. Sort, pack & stack beans. Hand plant vegetables, weed vegetables & harvest vegetables. Be able to lift 60 pounds. Work requires standing, walking, bending repetitively, lifting and kneeling..
Requirements:
- Three months experience of the duties mentioned
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 60 pounds
- Workers must have a valid, insurable drivers license or be eligible to apply for same at no cost to the worker.
- All newly-hired employees required to take and pass an employer-paid background check.
- All new employees subject to post-hire, random employer-paid drug test
- Exposure to extreme temperatures
- Extensive pushing/pulling/sitting/walking, frequent stooping, and repetitive movements
