The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Integrated Product Team Manager with expertise in program management to lead our inventory control, materials management, transportation and logistics teams supporting our Disruptive Computing, Networks, and Sensors organization.

Who YOU Are
As a Senior Integrated Product Team Manager, you will be a part of an amazing and collaborative team working to ensure the continued progress and success of our innovative technology initiatives. A successful candidate to this position is expert in managing complex operations and manufacturing organizations. You will lead a talented team of specialists in supply chain analysis, materials management, property management, transportation, and logistics both internally and externally. You will utilize your past experience and knowledge to drive execution to plan, while offering insight, coaching and mentorship to other team members. You will manage the day-to-day effort while partnering with internal capabilities to staff it, and ensure it executes to program office operational, quality, cost, and schedule targets.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead a diverse team of specialists in supply chain analysis, materials management, property management, transportation, and logistics to ensure execution to plan
Partner with facilities leadership to ensure infrastructure is in place to meet DC&N’s operational needs.
Partner with capability executives and senior managers and lead mid and first level managers in acquiring, managing, developing and motivating employees to staff specialists in supply chain analysis, materials management, property management, transportation, and logistics.
Implement and perform program management best practices to achieve operational schedule and cost targets.
Provide oversight and approval of approaches and processes, as well as cost and schedule performance
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Work seamlessly across all Boeing Business Units and Functions, suppliers, partners, and customers
Create communication material and content for organizational reviews and executive engagements
Provide on-going feedback to organizational leaders and champion organizational initiatives
Support Director in the management of IPTs in accordance with Boeing Values and Program Management Best Practices
Develop and integrate high level operational strategies, roadmaps and action plans
Develop operational strategies, goals, objectives and related metrics to ensure alignment to organization’s vision and strategy and resolve issues for future execution needs
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in Program Management or IPT Leadership including cost, schedule and technical management
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistic Support or Materials Management, Program Management
Experience with schedule management, integration of all logistics elements, supplier communication, as well as understanding of execution of program planning to ensure cost, schedule and operational baseline requirements are met
Experience articulating and implementing strategy-to-action plans
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with transitioning from R&D to full operations
10+ experience in operational aspects of supply chain analysis, materials management, property management, transportation, and logistics
Experience meeting, schedule, and cost goals while overcoming risks inherent in setting up new capabilities
Experience utilizing lean principles to drive organizational change
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated creative, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
Proficient with Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
Active Top Secret / SCI clearance with recent polygraph

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $142,800 – $193,200
