The Information Technology (IT) Security Senior Administrator will work with our Network Operations, Platform Operations, and Support Desk teams providing oversight to ensure best practices are used to secure our IT environment. The individual in this role will have a broad knowledge of IT functions and more advanced information security concepts. The IT Security Senior Administrator will lead and influence others while collaborating with teams and 3rd party security partners.

Responsibilities:
Conduct frequent information security inspections, audits, and vendor risk assessments
Evaluate and implement security processes and areas of automation to improve the existing capabilities of the security team
Act as lead security representation and provide oversight for assigned projects and advanced security team initiatives
Lead security remediation efforts with Moss Adams internal departments (e.g., Legal, People Team, business groups) and track to completion
Lead security incident response processes and escalate to management as appropriate
Provide day-to-day operational support of security-related systems and applications, including monitoring logs, security events and creating custom alerts and rules for security tools
Own and develop product road maps and improvement future plans for security tools
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in Cybersecurity or a related Information Technology field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of related experience required, experience in a professional services environment preferred
Strong background in compliance and audit procedures including SOC 2 and ISO 27001
Demonstrated knowledge of on-premises server environments, Azure services, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, SQL, virtualization, and familiar with o365 products like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online
Working knowledge of wide area and local area networking, firewall, IPS, DMZ, and web application firewalls
Advanced understanding of information systems security concepts and privacy-related regulatory requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex issues to others
Strong organizational skills; able to effectively prioritize assignments and competing deadlines in a fast paced environment
Experience with security tools such as SIEMs, vulnerability scanners, web content filters, email filters, data loss prevention tools and Azure cloud security technologies
Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%
