Introduction

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or a related field.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.

Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases is a plus.

Your role and responsibilities

Build data pipelines in AWS using Lambda, S3, Sage Maker, RDS, IAM, CloudFormation.

Work with data scientists to collect and analyze data for use in data science models.

Work with CloudFormation and IAM to deploy AWS services.

Use python and Lambda to extract, transform and load the data into S3 buckets.

Work with RDS PostgreSQL Aurora database for handling the data.

Effectively work with Agile Methodology and GitHub is used for version control.

Required technical and professional expertise

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.

Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

Knowledge of software development practices, including version control (Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
