What will you do? Regional expert specializing in E2E supply chain planning knowledge areas (SIOP / Demand Planning/ OCP / Downstream Planning/ Upstream Planning / Supply and Inventory / Replenishment) Coordinate with BPO, animates the community within the region taking advantage of digitization, positively impacting our business and our efficiency. Supports NAM ETO cluster plants in developing and applying standard process and SOPs. Regional expert for transformation programs Responsible for leading transformation projects within the organization Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities Forecasts and coordinats for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators and cost-to-serve performance data Coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives

What qualifications will make you successful? Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics or related discipline required 8 years of relevant and management experience responsible for long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals Lean manufacturing experience Communication and leadership skills
