ADP Senior Implementation Specialist - Wisely Paycard in El Paso, Texas

In this role, you will serve as ADP's front-line to provide exceptional on-boarding experiences to clients for the Wisely Pay product.
The nature of what you do every day will not change – your #1 goal is to help the implementation team and their clients have a successful implementation of their Wisely Pay product. Still, every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each client. There will be no shortage of new questions you'll receive, which will keep things interesting!
To thrive in this role, you have to have a way with people that builds rapport, establishes trust, and shines with professionalism. Over the phone and in writing, your communication style should be clear and easy for our clients to understand and take action on. As a result, your client satisfaction scores will make you proud. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
Payroll Experience
Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks
Strong client relationship skills
Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, then escalate appropriately
Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills
The ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations
Proficiency in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems
Excellent analytical skills and time management skills
Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
Must be proficient using Microsoft Office
